By accessing or using the Medsocially App ("Platform"), operated by iMEDHealth, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

- Educational and informational discussions about health topics
The Platform does not provide emergency medical services.
3. No Medical Advice & No Patient-Physician Relationship
Use of the Platform does not establish:
- A physician-patient relationship
- A telehealth relationship
- A medical diagnosis or treatment plan
Users must consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice.
The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.

5. HIPAA & Protected Health Information (PHI)
5.1 Public Content
Users are strictly prohibited from posting identifiable Protected Health Information (PHI) in public areas of the Platform.
The Company is not responsible for PHI voluntarily disclosed by users in public content.
5.2 Covered Entities
Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, the Platform is not acting as a HIPAA-covered entity or Business Associate.
If a healthcare organization intends to use the Platform in a manner involving PHI, a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be executed.
5.3 Data Safeguards
Where applicable, the Platform implements:
- Encryption in transit (TLS)
- Encryption at rest
- Role-based access controls
- Authentication safeguards
- Audit logging mechanisms
However, no system is 100% secure.
6. AI Tools Disclaimer
The Platform may include AI-powered tools.
Users acknowledge and agree:
- AI outputs may contain inaccuracies ("hallucinations").
- AI outputs are informational only.
- AI tools are not autonomous decision-makers.
- Clinical decisions must involve human oversight ("human-in-the-loop").
The Company makes no guarantees regarding AI accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Users assume full responsibility for verifying AI-generated content before reliance.
7. User Accounts & Verification
Healthcare professionals may be required to:
- Provide licensure information
- Undergo identity verification
The Company reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
8. User Conduct & Community Standards
Users may not:
- Post identifiable patient information
- Share medical misinformation
- Impersonate licensed professionals
- Harass or threaten others
- Provide medical advice outside lawful scope of licensure
- Engage in unlawful conduct
The Company may remove content or suspend accounts without notice.
Repeat violations may result in permanent termination.
9. Content Ownership & License
Users retain ownership of content they create.
By posting content, users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Host
- Store
- Display
- Distribute
- Modify (for formatting and platform operation purposes)
The Company may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and platform improvement.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform software, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials are owned by the Company.
Users may not:
- Reverse engineer
- Scrape data
- Use automated bots
- Copy or reproduce platform code
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Subscription & Payment Terms
If the Platform offers paid services:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

- Payment processing is handled by third-party processors
The Company is not liable for payment processor errors.

Children under 13 are prohibited from using the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

- AI output inaccuracies
- Data breaches beyond reasonable safeguards
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

- Violation of these Terms
